View Full Version : Tom Did Tom really let Marcus win?

Tom says he was under the impression he was supposed to lose. Even blaming halfwit.
But Halfwit clearly shouted at Tom "You've really got to win this, take him down". not exactly subtle.
Plus know halfwit predictions have to be proved true why didn't Kenny throw his task?

You look at his body movement and face,
He wasn't trying to hard he was smiling, h wasnt girpping the pole tightly and he wasnt going red.

Yes he threw it. He thought Freddie meant that he had to throw the task.
It was blatantly obvious, he was sat still, smiling, looking effortless. Marcus killed himself, swinging off the chair, just to move Tom's arm an inch.
He even said many times that he threw the task. Freddie's signals were very unclear and he messed up the other tasks too.
Apparently Marcus wrongly threw the Atlas task too.

He let Marcus win. His muscles weren't even bulging. Marcus' eyes were popping out with the strain :laugh3:

Well on the 2nd attempt it was deemed legal, if that's what you mean.
If you think that Tom wasn't throwing the task after misunderstood signals from Freddie, you're being delusional.
Marcus = Flying off seat, grimacing, leaning, fierce look, determined, etc.
Tom = Still, smiling, effortless/calm look, jokingly says 'awww' at the end, very casual, etc.
Not rocket science. Look at the guy's arms, he's stacked. Marcus is a fat, delusional guy.

For the 1st time I agree with AhmedFan he is spot on.
Just look at them both and ask the question again!

Marcus was well off his seat on both attempts.
Tom, conversely, wasn't even using his body weight. Sitting up straight barely exerting himself.

... And breathing normal. lol.
It was like Tom's casual sitting in there while Marcus is attempting to work up 100% of his fat, I mean muscle.

Marcus wouldn't have allowed himself to lose even if he was aware the task depended on it - he would have fought tooth and nail for his honour - one of the funniest things to happen in the house so far along with the moving of the truck task

I think he did. He knew marcus had it in for him (2) because he liked Noirin, (2) because Tom is better looking, and (3) Tom has a better body, apart from other things. Letting Marcus win was more of a kick in the teeth than beating him, and Marcus needed putting in his place for all the bragging and strutting around he has done.
