Tom,of all people, had the insight to diagnose this condition.Usually revolves around senarios where varying numbers of imaginary people carry out various imaginary acts.Rambling monolouges which are meant to enlighten the listener but paradoxically end up sending them into a world of confusion.

It's a form of paranoia exacerbated by the confines of the house with a touch of psychosis thrown in.

At times there he seemed to be losing touch with reality-last night many of the other housemates looked to be exhibiting signs of mental exhaustion.May need to send in a team of psychiatrists soon.

I think Marcus would want to chin any shrink that was put in to help the housemates.

Tom did call it.
I called this early on and so did a few others:

Sometimes Marcus will say things that are insightful and/or express common-sense and perfectly clear ideas, ideals, plans etc.
YET,
He will toss in some sort of amazingly stupid, dick head, moron BS into the mix,
and,
worse than that is that Marcus doesn't even live by his better ideas. Makes claims about himself that are inaccurate, is an intellectual hypocrite far too often and really does have delusions of grandeur.

Marcus is convinced the events in the house are being socially engineered by BB.Of course true to some extent-though not to the Macieavellean levels Marcus ascribes. As Bea put it,"If they could do that they wouldnt be working for Channel 4,theyd be ruling the bloody world".

Thing bout him is he can be a really, really miserable git.Needs to snap out of it as he's provided plenty of entertainment. His assumption that he can "chase Noreen around" simply to alleviate his boredom is wrong on so many levels he'd have to be an idiot not to see it.If he snaps out of it he may have a future in house and public might warm to him.If not then he's toast.
