Marcus doesn't have the ability to deal with this.He would probably sort out the situation with his fists but he knows only too well he cannot do that.Marcus needs to move on,but his emotional naivety will make this difficult.
Noirin has told him often enough she just wanted to be friends,but she is playing a dangerous game.
And I'm sure the hag Lisa will be on hand to pick up the pieces,but only if it suits her evil schemes.

I think you right, Roz, about his emotional naivety but as Halfwit has said, it's not always just about words it is also about actions. Marcus invested too much emotion in Noirin and is now left high and dry.

Tom was worn out with the total nonsense. The rubbish that came out of the mouth of Marcus was unbelieveable. Accusing Tom of all sorts just because of the expression on Noirin's face the first time she saw Tom.
He is so my type, according to Noirin.

Tom tried to get Marcus to say he wanted Noirin and he made out he did not even like her. He does want her but he definitely does not like her behaviour. That is none of his business.
This is going to end badly.
