She's playing a game because she hasn't told Siavash and Marcus about the fact that she fancies Tom the most and wants to 'fcuk him everyday'.

Siavash still thinks he's having a wedding when he gets out with Noirin.

Marcus thinks Siavash and Noirin have had a love-affair behind his back.

Tom is the one she wants. Nobody but her and Dogface know this.

Hence the game.

Quite - I felt that she left Siavash with the impression that she was going to come clean to Marcus about them so they don't have to hide their feelings - she gave him no indication that she had already moved on to the next man.
