I believe charlie lisa and sophie are still in the same group but sophie and charlie have been trying to split the other group from the inside.
Charlie reports back to lisa with info about the other group all the time and sophie has been sh** stiring between groups the whole time and still reports back to lisa.

Plus everyone is calling noirin a sl*t for a few snogs and leading a few gullible guys on....But sophie has sex on tv and no one says a word about her.

I agree with you too, I think another point is she is trying to distance herself away from Tom because he was "flirting with her by being in her bed" and she still believes Kris is waiting for her so she has it out for Tom to prove her love/magazine potential for Kris so even if Marcus is triumphant over Noirin+Tom Sophie can flip it to be on Marcus' side.
