Under all the muscles was a rather posh, astute and educated man. He could see what was happening and could also see and feel the pressure to be Noirin's next victim. He didn't fancy her, that was obvious from the beginning. There were rumours to start with that he was bi-sexual anyway.
Tom is a decent man. I don't blame him for going. He has left with his reputation and his dignity intact.

I absolutely agree with what you say. From a viewers point of view I think we have lost a good HM. He showed great potential.

To my eyes, he was just a weak man.

When he entered the house, he knew what type of people he had to deals with.

I didn't like him, to me he came across as a person who thinks he's "The man" a bit too big headed for my liking.

I can't believe the people fawning over Tom. You're all so shallow!

He couldn't hide his utter contempt for the show, the housemates and you; the fans.

Yes absolutely, he was contemptuous of it and everyone. Rightly so.

Whatever Tom's good points, and he had a fair few, lasting just eight days is pretty feeble. It is not as if he had no knowledge of the environment he was going into.

He knew what they were like yet he still went in..and then when he gets there he cries about them.
