Why is Markus allowed to test BB continuously and get away with it? He should have been thrown out weeks ago. The reason he acts this way is because he knows he will get away with it, just like a naughty child who hasn't been punished.

Yep, he has put a huge target on his back, and if he gets jail time and is absent from the party, he will be short on opportunities to change peoples minds.

Big Brother has a dilemma:

Marcus is cowardly. Besides threatening to get physical with little Sree outside the house,
Marcus is one tough hard man with a sneer, a tough talking mouth, does what he likes and don't care..
...when he is in the BB Diary room. Where he knows they can't insult him back or get aggressive and of course no physical threats.
and,
The real dilemma is that Marcus is, without a doubt, desperately wanting to get booted by Big Brother and specifically for a 'tough man' bad-boy reason.
- He gets out of it and doesn't have to answer for anything
and
- He will most certainly gain status and god-like legend all the more around his friends and toy-worship fanclub as a man so ferocious he even told BB to go **** themselves and had to be removed because they were scared he might hurt someone!!

Cowards way out.

So for Big Brother, if they did tell him to leave then he believes he has won, gotten them to do what he wanted and he walks off the big man (in his mind) and is actually at risk of becoming even more delusional for it.

Big Brother ought to keep using their best laid plans to ensure he can either face the vote and leave to Boos and interrogation just like everyone else does,
or,
If he does leave then it will have to be in a way that shows him choosing to give up and leave on his own accord.
