Yes it was a shock, I liked him, and wanted to see more of Marcus being jealous of him, plus the Noirin saga taking it's twist with Tom.

It was a definite atmosphere killer.

The show sucks balls now, not becuase of Thomas (he was a boring useless charcater, who was only in their becuase of his stomach). I am really sad to see Tom go and yes, he did shake up the BBH. To be quite honest I really have gone off the show now. It has all but died and the tasks have been rubbish and with no real twists and turns, as in previous years, it's just boring.

We can either watch that miserable Dyke sitting smoking and moaning her ugly head off or sit back and watch Marcus stalk Noireeeen. Not much else to see now Tom's gone and I'd add Angel as well as she was a big loss too.

The conflict between him and Marcus was making for some half decent TV, Tom wasn't boring, he was just one of the contestants who didn't act like a caricature of themselves.
