If Noirin Was A Man She Would Seen As A Big Brother Legend!!!

Pete from Big Brother 7 was loved by most people on the forum and he was the biggest flirt ever. What happened with him? He won of course!


Noirin has done far less than him in terms of flirting and yet it appears she is hated on here a nd a lot of the general public.
Why? Because it is double standards when it comes to men and womens behaviour! If the men left her alone we might see her fun side!




How did he spend the whole of his time in the house?



Lisa: Led her on, allowing her to share his bed for weeks until deciding he was bored of her.


Lea: Shared a similar relationship to Marcus and Noirin.


Nikki: Led her on, snogging her on several occasions.


Ashleyne: He got bored of Nikki's behaviour so switched his attentions to Ashleyne who he was snogging and then allowing her to sleep in his bed.


Nikki: Went back to Nikki for a second time, again leading her on with hugs and kissing.


Jennie: Flirted with and led Jennie on despite Jennie having a boyfriend outside of the house.


Nikki: Again went back to Nikki for a third time after leaving the house to seal some magazine deals and so on before eventually dumping her.




Noirin: How has she spent her time in the house?




Noirin: Tried to be nice to Sree as he was lonely despite the fact he was controlling and manipulative and downright creepy at times.


Marcus:Tried to be a friend to him. Got under a quilt one night and he claimed the next day he had "his hand where it shouldn't have bee" to Siavash,which was a lie clearly shown on the live feed.up with his constant 'compliments and demands for hugs. Hugs that she give him but which he instigated Kept saying how they would have 'more' than a friendship on the outside.


Marcus: Put up with his 24/7 guarding which we sure in action if another male housemate dare try to talk to her. Constantly smothering and 'owning' her like Sree did.


Noirin: Kisses Siavash who does then doesn't have a girlfriend.


Marcus: Now refusing to talk to her despite her attempts to communicate.


Noirin: Says she fancies another male housemate. Can't women fancy more than one man then?


So Pete a man is loved for his behaviour in the house and no doubt was revered as a 'stud' and fun at the time where as Noirin a woman who has only kissed one man is seen as a slag,slut and a ***** for her behaviour.


Slight double standards and total misjudgments on her part whilst Pete could have been called some of these offensive names,quite justifyably so but for the simple fact he is Male and Noirin is Female.

A male version of Noirin would have been Kris and he was despised and kicked at the first opportunity.
and Noirin is not a 'flirt'. She is a sociopath who gets a bit of a thrill using anyone and anything to further her career.
She is also vulgar.

Great point, I think you're spot on. Noirin's one of my favorites, but I think people will say that Pete was 'cute' with his behaviour - but that's not a strong argument at all.

Noirin's a sweet girl, but it's because Pete had Tourettes that people weren't quick to judge him. His crazy antics overshadowed his love life storyline, while it was the major one for people like Lisa and Lea. Noirin's not getting shown doing anything else because she doesn't go OTT with things.

People also have these types of double standards when it comes to arrogant men and women.

Women who know they're hot and say so in their VT (BB9 - Stephanie; BB10 - Sophie, Karly, Noirin) get absolutely booed when they walk into the house.

Men who know they're hot and say so in their VT (BB9 - Dale; BB10 - Kris) and are even bigger and more conceited twats than the women get cheered on by the public when they enter the house.

Noirin is a sweet girl but the h/l's do not allow for that.

She got some terrible boos when Karly was evicted.

She is a very attractive woman who doesnt need to try with men as she said in her VT. Men are attracted to me and women are jealous of me. Sounded arrogant and concieted but was spot on even in the house with the men falling over themselves.

I feel sorry for her just for being her.I will carry on writing supportive threads until she goes which i now suspect will be soon.
