I admit it, I'm hooked, but why?
I would never behave like these people. I think their decision making is horrendous. They appear to openly do things to create unfortunate circumstances for themselves. It is like self torture.
I am sure there is some repressed nature within them, that continually forces them to put them through a harsh situation after harsh situation.
Do I care if Halfwit chooses to be eccentric? No. Or he wishes to say weird things that don't make sense to the greater scheme of things? No. In fact it makes me want to pull my hair out. At least he could fathom, like Tom, that it is all a huge waste of time and walk out.
But no, they want to torture themselves.
This whole collection of housemates, with their bizarre personalities appear to have been chosen to treat each other with disdain and disrespect. I don't recall ever meeting anybody in real life like this lot.
The whole series was summed up for me when Noirin said to Tom "I thought you were stronger than this?". What is this? A boreathon to see how long somebody can endure being bored and have obscure relationships with people you betray left right and centre? Siavash and Noirin seem to think endless lies and self betrayal are fine as long as you have Marcus near you to nod his head and then breath Testosterone waste out of his nostrils.
I have enjoyed previous Big Brothers. I could relate to numerous people - even the ones I didn't favour or rate. I have no real favourite this year. A selection of very very dull individuals who use peculiar behaviour to attract attention.
The closest person/people I could relate to were Tom and now Rodrigo.
