cold/flu question...

right over today i have suddenly started feeling really ill. I have the most painful sore throat and a sore head. I feel sick thinking of food and basically i wanted to know it colds/flu comes on just like that? I am being really paranoid but i keep thinking its swine flu. I'm not scared but which is more likley to get atm??? Swine flu or normal flu???

I know it sounds as if im being stupid but i was feeling great all week, untill like mid-day today :(

Swine flu IS normal flu, just alot worse.

I suggest you just get into bed and wrap up warm, take some paracetamol or something and drink plenty of fluids but try and go to sleep would be your best bet.

Well get a blanket or a dressing gown or something to keep you warm.

lol. I have got a dressing gown on. It has a hood and i feel like a nun right now lol
