Bea is turning the house upside down and inside out. She is a very clever girl and knows about the housemates strengths and weaknesses and is using them to her advantage.

Folks she has studied PSYCHOLOGY she knows exactly what she is doing. She is messing with their heads and Freddie is suffering the most. She cares not for Freddie but knows he is the favourite and will do all she can to bring him down.

EXACTLY, Marzy. Everyone who's she's disliked has left. And now she is working on Marcus. When others are around she will bad mouth him. But on their own she is nicer to them. We've seen this same pattern 3 times now. She sticks to Freddy like glue because he's fave to win. When Tom put forward that it was fake on her part she did not confront Freddy to put him straight she used the opportunity to bad mouth Tom.
