I like Halfwit overall but he is really annoying. Even when he laughs, he has to say like in the middle. He says "rock and roll" all the time and calls females "dude" and "man".

Halfwit annoys me far more than Noirin but she says like at the end of 80% of her sentences. Extremely annoying!

It's just a bad habit. I do that too and once you start saying it, it's actually quite hard to get out of the habit.

The whole house seems to have picked it up anyway.

Freddie is just getting harder and harder to listen to.

He's getting a bit like Marcus, lots of inane rambling and random giggling, then he just gets to a point where even he doesn't know what the hell he started out trying to say and so he just shrugs his shoulders, rolls his eyes and blows out his cheeks.

His habit of talking to the cameras when there is nobody else in the room is also getting really noticeable.

So clearly playing to the audience.

thank you, I was pretty sure he was not saying this when he first went in either, and it's something he unwittingly picked up from the others. They do influence the way each other speak, they all now say "like" (though Noirin, Sophie & "kriss" are/were the worst by far), and "110%", or "Swear on your mother's life".

I think Freddie can be forgiven, he was totally marginalised by the group and probably did things like this to fit in a bit (a bit like his smoking, I am convinced he is not a smoker and certainly does not inhale) but at least his words between "likes" are more and intelligent. Noirin is awful with her speech, with maybe just one or two words between each "like" or "fookin" ... terrible mouth she has :yuk:
