I voted for Noirin but meant to for for Marcus, so just deduct one from Noirin and add it to Marcus :tongue:

Marcus should go. He was only good before he started harassing Noirin because of his arguments with Lisa but I think they're past that and plus Noirin's ex-boyfriend going in will be a lot better to watch with Noirin there rather than Marcus.

Yeah - it's an Irish spelling.

In Irish you can't have a 'broad vowel' (a,o,u) and a 'narrow vowel' (e,i) on either side of a consonant or consonant cluster. Noreen, as spelled in English, breaks that rule as you have [o] one side of the consonant [r] and [e] the other side. So the Irish spelling has to be Noirin, to get two 'narrow vowels' either side of the [r].

If it is Marcus and Norin up this week I am not voting for either, not because I don't like or like them. It just means that another two strong characters are up again and othere are slipping under the radar. But the HMs, when nominating obviously don't see things the way we do. So in a way I am horrified that these two are up although I guess it was to be expected.
