It is when she repeatedly lies to Siavash about fancying Tom, saying only that she 'found him attractive but then decided she didn't fancy him' when in truth she was planning on making a move on Tom after fobbing Siavash off, but then Tom left the house so that scuppered her plans! Siavash is thinking of a future outside the house with her and she is just using him. Behavior like that, either inside or outside the house, is just vile.
