Who decides who goes in?

Will it be a public vote regarding who goes in out of the three new people, or will BB decide in some other way? The cynical part of me thinks it will be a public vote (to make more money), but it occurred to me that they might have to do a task, and the one that fails it won't be allowed to enter the house. I hope that isn't the case, because Orlaith might be the one who fails, and I really want her to enter the house.

I hope as you do Ruth it wont happen that way. For som reason I do think Orla will go in. As for the other two I for one am not exactly sure what to make of them.

Maybe there is a twist and the third person will have to stay in the secret garden house alone unti he/she is replaced by another housemate who loses a BB secret mission...

Seem pointless to me putting three people in if you only intend to house two of them after just a few days. Surely BB should exploit the potential value of all three new housemates for at least a couple of weeks...

If she gets to pick who goes in, I hope you are right about the two she will pick. She might not want Orlaith in, because she might not want such a stunning girl in the house. On the other hand, she might want to see if Orlaith would split up the Maxkia group, by having Max trailing around after her with his tongue hanging out.
