That is a very good and relevant question, I don't think the house would change at all
Dont need more windows or walls it seems quite well built
Although I assume the roof will not need to be reinforced if Marcus goes, unless he goes via the roof !

if Noirin goes the house will be a lot happier as Siavash and Marcus can start to rebuild their friendship. Noirin won't be there talking and backstabbing about someone every chance she gets.

if Marcus goes the house will lose quite a bit of entertainment. Noirin will be even worse with Siavash now she doesn't have Marcus to 'worry' about.

1) If Noirin goes.
The men can get on with the show. Siavash will return to the fun character he was before Noirin got her claws into him, Marcus will stop brooding, the world will be a happier place.

2) If Markus goes.
Noirin will continue leading Siavash up the garden path until a new male goes in, then she'll fancy them and dump Siavash. Then she'll lead new male on etc etc. I will probably puke and fall asleep.
