Wii sports resort

I bought this yesterday and I can't stop playing it. It is addictive. Has anyone else got it? Wondering what others think.

I have it! It's amazing, I did the sword fighting with my bf and nearly ended up smashing his mums light I was going at it that much!

The canoeing is brilliant with 2 players LOL.

Brilliant game, we have 2 motion plus too cos we have Grand Slam Tennis.

I currently have the record on basketball (22 baskets), table tennis, frisbee (beach and golf). :devil: I have 2 motionplus' too so it's hard to put it down. Once somebody beats my score I have to keep playing it until I win! It brings out the competitive side in me.

Oh I'm GREAT at frisbee haha, I keep getting accused of cheating!

Terrible at basketball though, I genuinely think it's cos I'm short so my arm doesn't go very high pmsl

Is there an online feature of it? I've only played it once and don't have my wii set up in this room so can't check

I'm not sure. I haven't noticed one. I have only seen the online feature on Mariokart tbh.

Unless you're in a race with someone Japanese, because 90% of the time they have cheats attached lol.

I saw one of the course times as 00.01 seconds once. How do they do that?

lol I've no idea, it's mad. I've once been in a race with 2 people cheating, they just suddenly appeared on the finish line as soon as it started. It's good apart from that though!!

Wii Sports Resort is indeed an awesome game.

The swordfighting, table tennis, frisbee, archery, bowling all show what motion plus is capable of. The other events are good too but some could have probably be done without the motion plus. The only event that i'm not too keen on is cycling. Shame that there is no online play but WSR would mostly be a party game anyway.

The swordfighting is definitely the best out of all the events and 2 player is a blast, we have an extra motion plus that came with Tiger Woods golf (would have got Grand Slam Tennis instead but its not bundled in North America).

My highest score on wakeboarding was about 1,000 points until tonight. I just discovered a knack of doing it. 900 points is brilliant for a first go.
