Desperate times call for desperate measures. No-one will apply to go on next year when they pull stunts like this!!!

It does feel that way, formula is tired, repeating old tasks, sponsor gets worse every year, loss of live feed. It seems like c4 have lost interest in it.

If Big Brother were a person right now... it would be a failed actress fellating an ITV exec for a role as an extra in Byker Grove.

nobody should apply anyway
at least they shouldn't spend any money travelling to auditions etc
this year has seen Housemates who have friends in the buisness, housemates who are friends with previous winners and even a mega rich couple who have bought their way into the house....now an american homophobic self obsessed c-list celebrity is going in.........i am inches away from turning it off
Yes definitely, they started killing it off by cutting back on the live feeds on E4 (when you could press the red button at any time), they got rid of the nightly Big Mouth and newspapers like The Sun hardly mention BB anymore wheras in the past it would get a centre spread every day :-(

it does not seem right when housemates seem to already know each other and have appeared in other reality shows, makes it seem that few people want to go in, or that those who succeed are part of an exclusive clique.

I feel for the 'ordinary' person who auditioned seems really unfair.

Yep! I know someone who was in the last stages of the auditions, may have gone in, and she would have been great!!! MUCH BETTER than Hira or David, and far better than some ex-BF of Noirins.
Though I am praying he will liven things up! If he snubs Noirin it will be great!!!

I agree with most of what you say but how do you know that Issac is homophobic? I hope he is and that it will cause problems in the house.

I think they should do why they did with Celebrity Hijack, and choose the housemates without any auditions.

I do agree that, The loss of Live Feed may of dropped a small percentage of viewers but very little at that.
On the other hand i think C4 arent really botherd anymore!

Yeah, it seems like they have just given up!
The tasks have been rubbish this year, and when they had the 24hr ice-cream shop, then did a 24hr kebab shop...ooohhhh original!!!!
sad times :(
