I find the act discusting but thats only my opinion. I do think he went to far ( well thats if he really did it ) according to bblb Max said that he said it as a joke which he may of well have done, however its not like Max to say something and not do it as he likes to brag about certain things.... And no, Science isn't going to die, but there are a number of illnesses he could have caught. Fortunately, he seems to be ok, but no thanks to Maxwell.

BB are going to punish him - I have heard that he will not be able to nominate this week, and that he will automatically be put up for eviction.
