Where could I make an OFFICIAL complaint about Noirin,s foul-mouthed swearing?

They wont do anything about your complaint anyway, because before all the shows they do say this will contain strong language and maybe sences of nudity. You are warned before watching it, therefore you cannot complain when you have been told.....
