I have known men like Isaac. Out of the house and behind closed doors, Noirin will be 'punished'. If she is lucky enough to escape physical violence, she will be mentally dominated and made to feel useless while she is with him.
At the moment I am finding it incredible to see how deferential and submissive she is towards him. It's like he clicks her fingers and she goes running. Not a very 'strong' thing to do. All the men she trod on in the house were far too 'nice' for her.
She has got what she deserves. I recommend she insures her looks now.

If only she could insure her looks. They will depreciate... and suddenly she'll find she has nothing else to offer.

Oh absolutely. That is a coded message for sure, and basically means 'Do what I say, or else'.

Yup, totally agree. How controlling was that moment in the bedroom when he made her apologise??? Seriously creepy.

The " daddy`s home" comment from Isaac sent shivers down my spine if i was Noirin i`d get as far away from him as possible.

Totally agree! She is certainly a very submissive woman round him! Think there is more to this relationship than meets the eye!

Oh good lord, you guys read far too much into a line that was meant humorously lol. That people took it seriously is the part that I found hilarious.

I don't think its so much the words cos if it was said funny maybe we could laugh about it but it was said in a weird tone, like the, 'here's johnny' by jack nicholson from the shinning. Whooooow scary

Yeah, he seems a bit controlling, and very defensive with Bea. When he was saying that Noirin was a grown woman who could make her own decisions, I was thinking yeah right, you make them for her.

Not getting good vibes from him.

she made some comment earlier in the series about all the men in the house being just "boys" and how what she wanted was a real and strong man (obviously thinking back to Isaac), but there is a difference between strong, and being totally domineering/intimidating. she is totally different and subserviant with him.

Wouldn't surprise me at all, he definitely seems the type.
