Because when you first see them, they've been 'primped and preened' specially for the tv cameras. What you begin to see over the next couple of days is the real McCoy.

Girls who go in with long tousled curls - those begin to straighten out.

Girls who go in with sleek smooth hair - can't get to use hair straighteners to sort it out.

The ones with short, styled hair - desperately need their styling tongs.

It's just called 'reality'.

Yeah, but it's not just the styling it's more of the grease I'm talking about, It looks really badly kept, I think maybe they can't get the same shampoo or conditioner their hair is used to. :shrug:
