When he went in, he went up to Lisa and said 'Ive got something in my pocket for you' (or words to the like - its been a while). And that was all, nothing else. All I could think it could possibly is batteries for Lisa's mic. as anything else would be considered a bit unfair/odd.

Seeing as how both he and Lisa are Gay I am assuming the 'something in my pocket' was not refering to any items that are part of the body.
