Actually, now that I think of it, Hira's exercises would be really good for the elderly. Nothing too strenuous or confusing.

I'd like to see her actually do some exercise. Those little poses she does are not exercise.

I have never been much of a fitness fan but eff me dizzy !! if THATS excercise i will eat my hat !! but she is slim so it must do something

She waddles on the spot. I dont even think it qualifies as warming up, let alone exercise.
