Everyone has been horrible to her, yeah, but they have reason to, and also, if that wasn't the case, she'd have hugged everyone, but out of sheer falseness, since, as she admitted tonight, no-one was a friend of hers in the house. Despite the fact she never stopped ****ing saying the word. What a beastly little ****ing bitch of a woman.

i would've done a lot worse to be honest. no wonder she didn't hug any of them. they were all nasty to her and isaac over the last few days. they weren't her friends so why should she have treated them like they were??

she said none of them were her friends because of how they had been with her over the past few days. she thought that her and bea were friends until bea started acting like a bitch. she thought sophie and her were getting on but sophie was on team marcus
ofcourse she had no friends in there. were any of them being friendly to her?? no
she may have thought they were her friends at some point but certainly not over the last few days

Who would blame them? She brought it all on herself. I would have done exactly the same as Bea and Sophie in fact I'd have said alot more, she behaved appallingly.

yeah but the point is, why should she be fake and cuddle them when leaving??
fair enought if you think bea and sophie were right, but it doesn't make sense to pretend they liked each other by faking a goodbye

Good on her, I didn't agree with her behaviour over the last few days, but she was right in doing that tonight, and if Marcus really did cry, it shows him for the little boy he really is. Right, I'm going for a wee wee LOL.
Marcus crying is pathetic.

Exactly. He enjoys seeing people get what they deserve and so he can enjoy getting what he deserves and brought on himself.
Now.. I would not want Noirin hugging me and Marcus shouldn't either,
but,
He was captain fukktard who talked **** about her all he wanted and did his own bad business on that.
He can pay for that himself....

I particularly like the question "why should she be fake on leaving?"
She's been fake for the past 6 weeks for crying out loud, the last few days since isaac went in she let her mask slip and showed the world the real biatch. i'm glad she went, and glad the yank walked with her. what an arrogant pair they are. let's hope they very quickly get a flight and get the hell outta here!

No wonder she did not hug him, i would not hug someone who had harrassed and pestered me in a sexual way...i hope the police are waiting for him when he gets out as he his a perverted man who harrasses young girls, someone needs to keep a close eye on this pervert when he is out!!!!
I am confused why BB are not taking the issue of sexual harrassment more seriously, it is a disgrace to allow it to go on in a tv show!

so, he really did like her.
if he had shown no emotion some would say he used her.
one day he will look back and realise what a waste of space she is.
and maybe see he was a bit of a plonker to let her lead him on.
she is culpable in all that happened.
and he will stay away from emotional vampires like her.

Is that a word? I was wondering?
Well all the housemates did express and behave to her that they wanted her to be evicted. That is all fine and good, but dont them expect a blooming hug...eh?
They were constantly slaggng her off behind her back, so again, dont expect a hug, I am very glad Noirin didnt give any of them a hug, in the end they werent her friends.

They did like Noirin, they just didn't like her behaviour. Bea was a complete bitch to her, but if Noirin hadn't been so awful to everyone else, maybe they would have intervened. It's probable that if Noirin stayed, someone eventually would have said enough is enough, but that didn't happen. Lets not forget that Noirin did her fair share of growing a pair of balls and gobbing off once Isaac came in the house.
It doesn't mean that everyone hated her though. Isaac being all controlling and alienating her from the rest of the group by saying they hated her did the most damage.
God it's complicated. I love it!! :bouncy:

well you reap what you sow - he said he didnt want to be her friend so why would she hug him

Lets try to nail this "Marcus is a dirty old man/pervert/preys on youg girls/he should be interviewed by the police over sexual harassment" nonsense once & for all.
Marcus is 35. Noirin is 25 - a 10 year age gap at such a stage in life, particularly with the man being older, is common and often results in a long term relationship or even marriage. There are no young girls in there, Sophie at 20 was the youngest and if a Brad Pitt or Johnny Deep type, or some other 40-something superhunk went in nobody would bat an eyelid about a 20 year+ age gap in that instance. Marcus of course doesn't have those looks so he is described as a weirdo and the age thing becomes a red herring issue.
Who did he sexually harass? As mentioned by many, Noirin's behaviour in encouraging him/his attention, both in advance and subsequent to any of the instances that have been suggested on here as harassment, would certainly belie any question of her feeling harassed. In any event, Noirin has never said that he sexually harassed her, or that she felt he did and she had plently of time to mention it during all the bitching she did about him. Anyone who has any awareness of what constitutes "SH" will know that the timing of the initial complaint and patterns of behaviour from the complainee aswell as the suggested harasser are taken into consideration when establishing the merit of the case. The could be nothing here to make such a case.
Marcus's feelings for Noirin were genuine and he loved being around her. She gave him the impression that she wanted to be around her too. He always asked for a hug or if he could lie with her first and it was only when they were drunk and she was under a duvet with him when he said he had a "grope". Whether he did or he didn't, Noirin certainly didn't get upset or complain about it, and why would she get under a duvet with a man she knew was in love with her and wanted physical contact if she felt harassed.
Finally, look at his behaviour with the other girls since Noirin broke his heart. Both Sophie & Bea are perfectly happy to be around him, lying with him or even in the bath with him. He has certainly craved comforting hugs, but nothing would suggest that there is anything perverted about his actions, and the girls are responding to him accordingly.

"I don't fancy you" means "I don't fancy you"
just like "no" means "no"
Its irrelevent how friendly Noirin was or wasn't to him. His behaviour bordered on sexual harassment. If they were in an office and not the BB house it would have been sexxual harrassment
Is there anyone out there who can say they would have no problem with his behaviour if that was their sister in there. I seriously doubt there is

Didn't watch the show last night, just watched the clip on c4.com but she seemed to hug anyone who stood up to say goodbye to her. Have you ever seen the group so defensive when someone goes? When they did eventually get up it was to form a line just to watch her out of the place.
Charlie so impressed me being upset by it.
Don't get me wrong, she's come accross as cold and aloof the last few while but i think she left that house with her head held high.

Does saying "simple as" usually work for you in a discussion where you wish to make a point as though it's undeniable and not get a response?
How often have you seen cases where people got together when it wasn't love at first sight, but one party grew on the other or where one person's persistence actually wins the other one over? It happens and it happens in cases where no encouragement whatsoever is given. You cannot deny that Noirin gave Marcus lots of encouragement and regularly ran to him looking for hugs when she was annoyed with somebody else.
Norin gave mixed messages and even that psychology woman on the show last night said that only 7% of communication in this regard in verbal. People get together & kiss even when they say don't want to initially.
He's a clown, he should have backed off, but he did not sexually harass her.
In any event, the feeling that sexual harassment has occured has to be from the viewpoint of the offended individual. What is acceptable to one person may not be to another. Noirin never suggested that he sexually harassed her.
I see you have gone with the line "bordering on sexual harassment", rather than it being actual sexual harassment. However you say it would be if it was in an office situation. It either is or it isn't surely?
Hmm, I think I should probably go with ...
End of.

Yeah true, I am with my partner of ten years I didnt fancy at first, but on the whole, some sexual electricity has to be their and you cant just have two complete opposites in looks and manners
Norin clean/ Marcus dirty
Noirin goodlooking/Marcus ugly
Norin sexy/Marcus unsexy
Noirin yong/Marcus not so young
Noirin wants fun/ Marcus doesnt want fun
Noirin glowing/ Marcus pale and pasty
Noirin fit/ Marcus unfit
Noirin independent/ Marcus lives at home with mummy

Maybe as usual they expected Noirin to do all the begging and serve them, for all we know Noirin could have been in a state of shock, hugged who was there to hug her and got herself out!
Maybe Marcus thought she would go to him as he sat on his throne, and then go on to delude himself about the hug LOL

I think she did the right thing. Why did not one of them go up to her to give her a hug. In past evictions housemates immediatl gathered around and wished them the best. None of them even spoke to her. She must have just thought 'well sod it im off'
