that getting our pet-hates out of the house only brings a few empty moments of satisfaction. The following day it's all forgotten and we're already looking for the next object of our contempt and scorn. Only when the BB house becomes a dull and boring nest of idiots do we realise the error of our ways (lol). Can you imagine a house full of Hiras?
Eviction never draws the blood that we truly desire - the evictees never get the grilling we would really like to see. And then they disappear into obscurity after a few half-arsed appearences on the subsidiary shows.
Keep the good (annoying) ones in, for God's sake - No matter how much we dislike them, they stir the others into action and provide the entertainment!

Bring your rotten veggies to eviction night!
