View Full Version : Saskia Sulking?

I thought in tonight's show (29/6/05) we saw Saskia in a different light.... the sulking three year old. In all the times she has nominated people she has seemed to do it with great pleasure. Now she is up for eviction in tonight's show we see different side to her.

If she stays and I hope she does (guess who I voted for) do you think the experience of being nominated and up for eviction will change her?

I dont think she will stay personally BUT if she did stay I think she would stay quiet sultry and she would even leave maybe as i think she would sulk without maxwell and knows she would be up every week til she left.

I think it would be interesting seeing her reintegrate with the house. I agree she would sulk for a day or so, but I'm sure she would move on. Most of her problem is thinking that she is going to be voted out... and nothing to do with being up against Maxwell at all.

What she is doing (kissing etc....) with Maxwell is to gain votes and draw public attention to herself... and nothing to do with wanting to be with Maxwell if she leaves.

She is a career girl!

I agree if she stays she will be facing nomination every week til she leaves. Theres about 7 other ppl i wud prefer to go but i hope team saskia prevails.

I think the house is now VERY one sided...if they just sit back and let all of maxwells team be voted out each week the show will be very boring...they should bring kinga in or vote three out or something and make things more even

It happened last year when the jungle cats got picked off one by one but the show didn't end up one-sided people who watched the show just moved from on housemate to the next.

I feel because of the voting system, what the viewers do is each week vote for the person they dislike the most.... if it happens that there favorite housemate is out that week they still keep voting for the people they dislike most to get evicted.

Clever really!

I think we need a double eviction to spice things up again.

May be.... how about this week? BB could put them up in a hotel together to see what would happen.

No seriously..... I think they would have to have 4 people up to do it.... any less then the public would feel cheated.

Or just have one week where they have an eviction on a monday and another on the friday...that would shock them and confuse them into thinking their routine has been put out of place. So leave them all thinkin each day is their last not they have until friday each week

If you work on the show being 11 weeks that is going to happen before the show end at some point... or a least another stunt like the pulled on Stuart in the last series.

I actually thought Maxwell and Saskia really let themselves down last night, particularly in the diary room. They were like spoilt children, who somebody had finally said 'no' to.

Maxwell told BB that they shouldn't have let it happen - as if he's the boss or something. It's almost as if he thinks he and Saskia have more rights than the others to be there ("they deserved to go, we don't deserve to go") - but they all have as much or as little right as each other to be there. I couldn't believe it when he was trying to tell BB what they should have done, suggesting that they could have fixed it so that somebody else was up with them - they clearly believe that if a third person was up both Max and Saskia would be safe. I think Max might well escape eviction, but I now believe that even if Vanessa was up for the chop with them, it would still be Saskia who goes on Friday. I almost wish that someone else was up with them, because if Saskia went anyway, it would make them realise that they are not invincible.

And when he was saying to BB that they should have let Orlaith and Eugene have a nomination - you can bet that it Orlaith and Eugene had nominated and Maxwell and Saskia had still be up for eviction, he would have been in there complaining that Orlaith and Eugene should not have been allowed to nominate.

I would have a bit more respect for them if they would take it on the chin like previous housemates who have been up for eviction did. As Derek said when Saskia said that she did not want to be up for eviction against Max because they were friends, it has happened before when he and Roberto were up - and who gave them any sympathy?

And as for Craig, the way he's behaving, you'd think that Maxwell or Saskia was going to be executed on Friday. Why doesn't he get a grip? I feel that he is only concerned for himself really anyway, as he believes that he and Anthony will be the next targets.

I forgot to say, that if Maxwell goes, which I think is very unlikely, Anthony will almost certainly reinegrate back into Makosi's group (especially as Orlaith is part of that group), and I think he may actually escape nomination (or certainly being up for eviction) for a while anyway. I don't believe that Makosi's group feel the same degree of animosity for Anthony as they do for Maxwell and Saskia, and I do think that Anthony is actually a nicer person that Maxwell or Saskia anyhow. And Craig and Saskia would stick together like glue, and probably be the next two out, as the others will not accept Saskia. If Saskia goes on Friday, which is looking ever more likely, I think Maxwell will probably reintegrate with the others, as will Anthony. As for Craig, I'm not sure what he would do. I don't think the others would really want to be friends with him.

Loved your comment about Craig and the execution part, that had me in stitches laughing:joker: I agree that Anthony is the lesser of the evils compaired to Max or Saskia but I am not sure Craig will be able to intergrate back into the other group. He is not exactly quiet with his nasty comments with this past week being particularly bad. I know the boy is camp but his comments aimed towards Orlaigh have been particularly low down and mean. What that boy thinks is to be gained from constantly slambing the new housemates is beyond me. If Max does go this week ( although I personally dont think he will ) and Craig sticks to Saskia or visa versa like superglue then he is surely signing his own eviction warrent.

A very interesting post as always Ruth and so so true.

The other interesting thing that happened was when the rest of the house (minus Science) decided to go over to the living room. Did you see how Maxwell, Saskia and Craig reacted... such long faces! Looking at Craigs face you would have felt the world was about to end. As for Anthony his face beamed with delight and he started laughing and joining in the fun.

I think it is unlikely that Maxwell will go this time but the chances are he will be up again next week.

It's a shame really to lose another female especially Saskia... she would have been interesting without Maxwell in the house and I think we would seen more of her nasty side.... which I think is really really nasty.

He is clearly in love with Anthony and Orlaigh is a real threat to him getting his man. Look how he is with Anthony in the dairy room!

(Goes off to start a "Is Craig in Love with Anthony" Thread)

Why thank you Red Moon!:spin:

I did notice that Anthony seemed to really enjoy himself when the others went to the living room, while Craig and Saskia did NOT look happy (in fact if I remember rightly, Saskia left the living room almost straight away). I do think Anthony will be safe - for a few weeks at least - but I agree, Maxwell wil probably be up next week, and my guess is that Craig will be up also. He has done himself no favours lately, especially with his attitude to the new housemates.

Oh, and I definitely think he fancies Anthony - I have suspected this for a while!

I think all she wants from the BB experience is to get fame...i know a lot of other people do aswell but she seems to always be thinking and commenting about it! Like the other day when she said about how 'people going out at this stage in the show are often forgot about'! If she goes (and i hope she does) i think she will do anything she can to stay in the public eye, but if she does stay, i think she will try and be nicer to people, but its too late for that as everyone has seen her true colours and what she is really like...A snotty B!tch x :nono:

I seem to remember her saying, nobody remembers someone who goes out this early.

:xyxwave: Although she's entertaining i'd rather her out then Maxwell.
