Why do people hate Pete Bennet?

I no this isnt BB9 but i have read a lot of posts slating Big Brother winner Pete Bennet and i am just wondering why? I for one thought he was bloody brilliant!!!

Just the way he acted, funny at the start but it got boring eventually and he milked it for everything it's worth. That = Idiot. IMHO.

Firstly, it was BB7 and we got a section for it.

Secondly, I thought he was boring, pathetic and ridiculous. He only won due to the sympathy vote, he loved playing the Tourettes card. His exit was the most uncomfortable thing to watch on BB. But the, he's the right representation of the series he was in...absolutely dreadful.

I don't hate him. I thought he was an alright winner, although it was obvious from the start (which was a shame). But I wanted Glyn to win anyway.

But nowadays whenever I see him on something he never seems to say 'wankers' or anything. Was he just exaggerating the whole time? :conf:

I thought he was a high mach, and played a gold card when filling in the machiavelli test. But i'm unsure. Aside from that deep, fundamental flaw, i thought he was ok. Didn't watch much of that series though. Nikki bugged me.

He went down in my estimation when he wanted Nikki back in the house - which she did. And the whole romance was a fake. He used to say that he was sooooo happy to have her back in the house but when she had her temper tantrums he didn't support her one little bit. In fact they deserved each other. I wish Glyn had won that.
