i am confused about hira comment that she is not allowed to wear a swimming costume

yeah i would say it's part of her beliefs.

i know bb is all about being able to see everything, but i don't see a problem with letting her take a private shower. we're not missing much.

I have seen in a HL episode she went around asking the HM's if they would need the bathroom area because she was going to be taking a shower and wanted to make sure no one would be walking in. Due to religious beliefs as a Muslim she is not to expose more skin then necessary especially in front of non relative men. Obviously BB has likely agreed not to show her in any situations where she may be exposing more skin. This is why she always wears leggings and many Muslim women do not expose their arms, or hair as well. The degree of modesty varies within the religion. Muslim women who follow these lines in the religion obviously can not wear the typical women bathing suit as it exposes too much publicly.
