Music sub-forum for appreciation/fan threads?

That forum is a ****ing pigsty. Please consider adding a sub-forum for the fan threads because all they do is drown out the others. Sick of seeing Britney Spears and Lady Gaga to be honest.

Good thinking Enid! I think it'll be good to seperate fan threads from just general music. And sometimes fan threads get lost and drift onto different pages so this will just make threads easier to find.

I get what you mean, but a whole sub forum for each artist is a bit unnecessary; there are heaps of music artists that are appreciated on here. I do think it needs to be divided up in some way though, it's a very busy forum!

Not every artist, i think shes trying to say there should be a sub-forum where all the artists' threads are grouped together

Yeah, but then it becomes "well if ____ has a sub forum; ____ should have one too" (maybe, nobody would know until it was put in place), I definitely think the idea of just lumping any "official ____ fan club" threads into one sub forum works best, because then you're left with the music forum which is full of threads about new songs, and a sub forum full of fan clubs, works far better in my opinion!

The music forum is fairly quiet anyway, there are still posts from the 4th on the front page so its pointless to split it

I don't really agree, if you did it for music you'd have to do it for everything else on this forum which has fan threads which is virtually everything.

Albums/Singles
Music news & general chat

??
