I got to thinking last night, it's the same old tired format.


How would you go about improving it?

Change evictions back to how they used to be [Pre BB8]

maybe noms should be like this too, might make BB less negative.

BB10 Is **** compared to years before.

If they dont bring back the LF For BB11 it will be embarressing the ammount of ratings it will get

Don't put in uber-fans of BB (the ones who mimic previous contestants), and don't put anyone in there who wants to further/start their career in the entertainment/media industry.

btw - I totally agree with the poster about not putting in the uber-fans, and I don't like it when housemates seem to already be aquainted with each other.

The problem with the show it is a microcosm of real life, we judge the the participants on how we are conditioned, good morals and good behaviour etc.

The only player that has almost being able to play the programme how it is desinged to play was Victor and he could only do that with our consent and he even fupped up at the winning line when we all bought into the marriage on air and he went ape sh!t, burst the bubble then was out of favour.

The point I am eluding to, is we need more Machiavellian characters in there that make us shout and make compelling viewing, but we need to make it so we, the public, can do little about it.

That won't sit very neatly with Endemol who use the phone ins as a cash cow to help fund the programme.

Maybe with higher viewing figures that would generate more ad revenue and compensate for the loss of phone ins.

How you would illiminate, I am not sure, and how you would keep public participation, once again, I am not sure. But the programme needs to be able to have people in there with a game plan, to be rutheless, at the moment, it's a toothless dog, no bite and the inevitable ( nice guygirl) will win out in the end.

No couples among the HM's and no partners brought in!

If anybody walks - replace them within a couple of days with a new HM.

Nobody allowed in who has appeared on other reality shows (including talent ones).

Ban anybody who is looking for publicity to further their career (semi-pro singers/glamour models etc).

Shopping tasks to last a couple of days - including some overnight ones.

Shopping list to be only food.

Personal tokens to be given every week (the number to be earned via mini tasks) to be used for personal treats - a set tobacco/cigarette allowance; hair straightener use; alcohol; sweets.

Big Brother to really enforce the 'no nominations talk' rule firmly.

Give the public a chance to invent tasks.

I'd love to see the 'lifelike baby doll' task again - specially if it was given to somebody like Marcus, Lisa or David to cope with.

I know there's no chance of this one BUT - Bring Back the Chickens - make them think about the welfare of something/somebody other than themselves!

Show them the nominations after eviction!
