View Full Version : Another Twist Tonight??

Arneldo

Speculation is rife about the possibility of yet another twist tonight.

Channel 4 has announced that the 10pm show, which will feature the eviction of either Max or Saskia, has been extended by 25 minutes.

The extra time could be used to accomodate an elongated interview, the departure - voluntary or otherwise - of a second housemate or a new twist.

Maybe the evictee has to evict one of the housemates - are there to many in at the moment for the time span?

Would be interesting.

Vanessa because she ate in the garden :joker:

Or maybe Kinga is going in.

Or they evict Maxwell too

Yes, we need one double eviction

tat is possible!!

+ tat would be great!

although they would probly remove makosi which is bad for makosi fans!

She would remove Makosi, Derek or even Maxwell if she wants to be with him.

I'm assuming Saskia is going

I can't see it being a double eviction of Saksia and Maxwell, as it's a bit unfair. If there were more than just two up, then a double eviction would be a possibility but I can't see it with just those two up.

A voluntary departure is an interesting one. Maybe Maxwell is walking if Saskia goes. But IMO if someone walks they shouldn't get to do it with the crowd. They should be quiety bundled out the backdoor if they're such a quitter that they leave voluntarily.

Some other twist maybe, or is whoever goes tonight not actually leaving, another bedsit twist maybe? I hope not cos Saskia deserves to go and the last time there was a bedsit twist, the public knew about it and were voting to put two into the bedsit.

Maybe Vanessa has screwed up and eaten the forbidden food!

I don't know but my curiousity is pricked!!

If Maxwell walks out in the huff cos Saskia is evicted, then he's a bigger fool than i thought (and I didn't think highly of him before)

He doesn't deserve to get the crowd and the interview and all that. He should be out the back door and forgotten about. No BBLB, no telly appearances just disappear.

Still can't see him doing it though.

All sorts of rumours.

One goes, the other picks another

One goes, the other picks one to go into a secret room

One goes, they nominate the two up for the vote

One goes, Kinga goes in

One goes, 2 more girls go in

A showbiz pundit said she's received some information from an insider within the big brother production staff, That Once either Saskia or Maxwell has been evicted in the first show, the lines will be reopened, with ALL the housemates going up for eviction. This will give the viewing public half an hour to choose which housemate they want to evict.

Slartibartfast
01-07-2005, 12:29 PM
I really hope no one else goes into the house. Thats getting tired and has been done already this year.

With the reopening the phone lines idea, it doens't give the public much time to vote and CH4 would lose a pile of vote money. But it's a possibility, and it gives me a chance to vote for Craig!

Still, looking forward to tonights show with even more anticipation. Saskia's gonna get booed and now a new twist as well!!

And I'm finished from work now, so I'm off home for a smoke and a few hours on Pro Evo 4 before the fireworks kick off this evening. (what a worthwhile life I lead, eh?)

Later all :xyxwave:

I don't think they have extended the show because someone has said that they are going to walk out. What happens if that person decides that they don't want to go? And as for Maxwell saying he will go if Saskia is evicted, I hope that's true, but I can't see it happening myself. I think the most likely twist - if there is one - is that Saskia will get to choose someone else to evict from the house. She will probably choose Makosi in that case, or possibly Derek.

if an ex housemate was to be voted back in, I'd vote for Roberto (PLEASE don't let Saskia get straight back in) but I can't see this happening either. the idea of the public being allowed to vote for another half hour to get another housemate out is a great idea - I'd like Maxwell to go, but as InTheHood says, if that happened, all the phone votes that have already been made this week would have been pointless.

Mike
01-07-2005, 12:53 PM
I doubt there will be any kind of twist but it would be brilliant if Saskia could choose another housemate to evict, i would say get rid of Makosi but in all honesty i would much rather it be Vanessa, she provides nothing.

InTheHood
01-07-2005, 12:55 PM
If a second person is going, it has to be Makosi, Derek, Vanessa or Kemal, just so their side knows, anything can happen. We must keep them on their toes!

If the person who survives the vote goes, it would be a waste of everyones vote all week

hass
01-07-2005, 01:12 PM
yes they wont evict both housemates because the people have been ringing to vote 1 off, and the producers wudnt be able to rob people money lol! i hope the evictee gets to pick another to go...hopefully makosi that would be so funny :joker::joker::wavey:

Ruth
01-07-2005, 04:33 PM
If Saskia was able to evict someone, and she chose Makosi, which I think she would, I bet Big Brother would say that Makosi can't go because completing the secret mission meant that she was immune from being up for eviction - regardless of the fact that all the others should be immune as well by that token, because they didn't get enough nominations.

If Saskia was able to take Makosi out as well, it would be great for the show - I really think that with Saskia and Makosi gone, the group would get on far better, and the chances are that Vanessa would be up next week as well. But if she takes Derek, who would probably be another of her choices to go, I wouldn't be happy!

elaniel

You're absolutely right, but the program makers are so desperate for Makosi to win, that I'm sure they would say that she was immune, just so that she wouldn't go.

Mike
01-07-2005, 04:46 PM
I was thinking the same Ruth. I personally cant see a twist like this happening because the program makers KNOW that Saskia or Max would choose Makosi and there not going to have that, afterall they want her to win.

They may just want to give a longer interview on account of the relationship going on betwen Saskia and thingy........

It may not just be a case of extended interview. They may have extra footage from the pairs hanky panky and perhaps the latest bally task.. The 9pm show may be to short for then to fit it all in.....

I really can't see anything special happening tonight.....There would be no point in keeping it a secret. They want to attract viewers. So by now they would have thrown out some hints at a twist just to rake in the viewing numbers.

They have not done so...Therfore..No twist..Nothing special...

There may be a twist that has nothing to do with housemates going out or coming in. For example, it could be another task with lines opening for viewers to vote who should undertake it (perhaps something squeamish so we can all vote for Vanessa?). Or it could be that they are opening up another part of the house and it's chance for us to have a tour around.

We'll soon see....!

Kemal did embellish the story a little, I never heard Saskia say she loved Maxwell. But then thats what Kemal does, particularly in the diary room.

In his little temper tantrum, I don't think Maxwell would have stopped to think "Oh what I am getting from this?". He had to be physically stopped from having a go at Kemal. He may not have hit him, but it certainly looked like he could have.

Interestingly, if Kemal reasonably believed that Maxwell was gonna hit him, then Maxwell committed a criminal offence. He's lucky to still be in the house. I actually thought the extended show tonight might have been for Maxwell being removed from the house. In the same day he gets a formal warning, he breaks BBs golden rule and screws around with the cameras. Of course, BB let him off cos Maxwell is one they want to keep.

LOL, I had posted "well done you two" but Stropz posted before I got mine in so it looked I was just blaming you two, Kore and Stropz. I've edited my post now to show that it's all three of you to blame. LOL, sorry for the confusion, so many quick posters here tonight!

I have just been told I am pathetic at arguing . 'Kore' likes to keep his discussion clean? Discussion? Clean? he calls what he says 'discussion'? He was the first person I saw swear here. He is rude , stereotypes and quite a bigot. i reallly doo not think he realises what he says. ...

But stilll, I will not reply, only because I feel sorry for Kore and his simplicity. He is a little boy. You don't even have to reply. I think you do not realise how rude you are because you are constantly surrounded by people who will not tell you any better. It is not an argument...merely a 'point'. . It's OK kore, don't cry.:thumbs::thumbs:
