And theres been more rule breaking, this time from Siavash, who told Marcus that he did not nominate yesterday and doesnt intend to for the rest of his time in the House. As ever, Big Brother is one step ahead and the group will incur a punishment for Siavashs defiant behavior.

BB should ask him who he thinks should win/wants to stay in the house the most, then out of the two people he mentions he needs to pick one to be automatically evicted. He would feel so bad afterwards.

That would be awesome. I would seriously enjoy that and what a great story/lesson and massive potential consequences.

*keep in mind, 'in effect' Siavash can ultimately end up getting someone nominated - who would not otherwise have been - IF he were to have nominated too.
Its like how the Devil grants you wishes. Siavash gets something worse.

I reckon BB should just kick him out. All this 'refusing to nominate' crap is just a rouse to endear himself to fans by making himself a martyr. I bet if BB told him to nominate or get out he'd sing like a failed X Factor contestant and nominate anyone with ease.

Get him out, we've seen the bet of him and now he's stagnant. I hope he's up for eviction with everyone else as his plan would have paid off otherwise.

If true Siavash should be ejected from the house as nominating is one of the main rules of BB. I also think if true the others will definately nominate him next week.

So to go he needs to be put up for eviction and for us to vote him out.
How is it a punishment then, as several of you suggest, to expel him?
