Yes because after alls said and done he`s in there to play the game, if he`s refusing to play the game anymore then he should go.
I know a lot of you will comment about Marcus rule breaking but he did bow down and still played the game when BB said that the whole house would be punished Siavash hasn`t.

They could put him in isolation until he does nominate, but tell him he wont be shown on tv and feed him on foods he does not like.If this does not work then tell him he will be leaving by the back door and no interview, BBLB or BBBM
If he realy wants to go he will walk.
