I can't quite make out how some people go on about Bea and praising her. She speaks to people as if they have problems understanding her, she belittles people on the premise that they have not had the upbringing she has had, therefor they are numbsies, she needs back up when having a disagreement with someone and she interferes in other peoples problems, which would be great if you are a human rights lawyer but in the house its wise to let people fight there own battles. I do not warm to Bea.
However she is crafty - to save her position in the house she makes a big deal out of David's argument, getting everyone involved espacially Marcus so people will have it fresh in their mind for nominations....very crafty.

Iv'e got mixed feelings about how 'crafty' she is.

On the one hand - yes she is crafty if she is behaving the way she is simply for airtime.

On the other hand - her behaviour is so obvious now - not at all subtle or discreet - and opening a lot peoples eyes to the real her - so maybe she isn't as crafty as she thinks she is! Confusing!

I agree she is crafty and has no consideration for other peoples feelings.

Maybe, and I know some people will find this notion hard to follow, she actually ISN'T playing a game?

Maybe she is just making it up as she goes along like most of us do?

People say "Oh, she knew Freddy was popular so she's used him".
Lots of people say it, it's become received wisdom.

But nobody has yet explained the logic of it.
If she was al over Freddy and hinting at a possible romance etc then I might see it.

But she hasn't.
She's rejected his sexual advances and has criticised him at times - to his face.

Which guarantees that Freddyphiles will hate her.

Maybe she really does like Freddy, just not in that way?
Maybe she thinks that part of being a friend is also about telling people when they are wrong - not just licking their boots lke Freddy does.

She refused to go along with the other newbies in getting Freddy up for eviction.

She liked Noirin when nobody else did, but then turned against her.
Was she two faced? Or did she just really not like what Noirin did to Siavash?

She liked Marcus when nobody else did and didn't disguise it from Noirin.

While everyone else jus bitched about Noirin, she tackled it head on.
While everyone bitched about Kenneth, she tackled it head on.
While everyone bitched about Lisa, she tackled it head on.
While Marcus and Freddy bitched about David's food theft, she asked the question.

Saying people "have a game plan" is just such a cliché.

If she goes on Friday, fair enough, the public wil decide.
But she will still have been a very interesting housemate.

One of the best in my opinion.

I agree completely with this.

Maybe possibly the person in the house is just who she is.

She says what were all thinking, and tackles and asks questions like us on the outside wish we could.

If thats who she is, what a nasty piece of work, wouldn't like her as a freind.
But I think it is all an act.
