Don't want Hira to win BUT if we vote for her this time we may be able to get rid of Lisa,David or Bea,all of them much worse than Hira,at least she is nice.

Not a chance. Don't want her staying and even having the SLIGHTEST possibility of winning. Get her out before it's too late.
