Dislike Lisa but she is fairly good at recognizing social situations as they develop and isn't deluded about her greatness,
and,
say what you want but Lisa will get into a confrontation and fight anyone she wants.

Marcus is a social ******, lives in a 17 year old boys fantasy about what sort of superhero he must be,
and,
is a coward who wimps away from everyone but isolated 120 pound university students or middle-aged women (but only if he is sure he has 20 people backing him).

So I really don't see many parallels outside of some you mention and I agree with:
Lisa killed about two weeks just sitting at the bus stop doing not much of anything but complaining.
Marcus killed about the same amount of time hiding under a blanket moaning and playing the hell out of the 'poor me' deal.
Both probably figure they have done more.

Marcus doesn't smoke. Just last week we were reading threads on this forum about how it seemed Marcus never sleeps. Marcus bitches no more than anyone else in the House, since it is most Housemates' primary activity.

Given the above freely available facts it is hard to take the OP seriously.
