Am I suppose to like David?

I'm a straight 32yo male.
I have plenty of Gay/Lesbian friends and I'm confident enough in my sexuality to play flirt with my friends.
But I'm inundated with in your face gay campness.
All the talkshow hosts, pop stars, Hms etc..
That's fine but am I suppose to like them just for that?
As you can tell from my other threads I don't like David for numerous reasons, none being gay.
But he has to keep talking about strap-ons, willys and gay pride. He is raping all my senses with his brashness.
People say he is genuine (isn't everyone upto a point?)
That he's got a lust for life (all I see is smoking and bitching)
He's in it for all the right reasons (I thought the right reason is to win the money and make friends?)

He is a gollem (not to be confused with Gollum) filled with Lisa's spite, at the height of Freddie's bullying I imagine he would of been the worse
He's fat (not a great reason but shows no self control), crude, rude, thick, fake and more deluded than Marcus.
And I'm not gonna like him soley because he's camp, gay and funny* (looking)
