On some fansite articles they have ' The housemates with the least votes will be evicted. '

I've just watched the ending again as I got it recorded on my computer and Marcus said 'housemate' and not 'housemates'.

They NEVER do double evictions unless inform potential voters prior to phone lines open. It is NEVER a surprise to voters, only to HMs.
It would be tantemount to obtaining money by deception from phone voters if didn't disclose what voting on.
Get over yerlsef OP

Nope - I think they care about being taken to court for fraud - hence why there has NEVER been a double eviction lied to voters about

We would have been very clearly told on the Ch4 website and on BBLB by now if it was a double eviction.
As others have said, we are always told, it's just the HM's that are kept in the dark about double evictions.

Hence why Charlie we were told fake eviction - it would have been fraud/deception to phone voters if not disclosed it was a fake
I'm quite good at knowing stuff about evictionns

I started a thread about this last night after the highlights show. Both my husband and I distinctly heard them say housemateS at the end of the show. However, on the live feed, they are definitely saying housematE. So maybe it was just a slip of the tongue.

TO REPEAT:
They NEVER do double evictions without announcing it prior to phone lines opening. It is only EVER a surprise to HMs, not to viewers/voters.
Not to make a clear announcement in advance would be tantemount to obtaining money by deception as voters would be misled about what their vote is for.
