View Full Version : Freddie Nobody can defend him after tonight's show

Tonight was proof of what I have been saying all along. Halfwit is an arrogant arsehole.
I'm gutted it's a vote to save - otherwise I'd say he would have had a really good chance of going after tonight.
Hira needs to go this week - only to show Halfwit that Lisa and David can stay.
Actually, I can't wait till his precious Bea is evicted- and I hope it's over a housemate like David.
I really cannot stand him.

This is completely ridiculous. Freddie was fairly reasonable under the circumstances. And laughing at Lisa's croaking rant was just about the best possible response.

His childish laughing response was pathetic. Like to see "politician" Halfwit get away with that outside.

Lisa got what she deserved, she's been hiding since her crew left and now she got it!!
If you look at her face when she came in it was spoiling for a fight.
Freddie was talking when LISA started shouting into his face (did you forget that? hmm), calling him an asshole, THEN he started laughing.
Ok a bit out of order for following them through but in the early days they reduced him to tears and left him completely by himself.

That's the thing that makes me laugh the most about all this. Freddie is being accused of "bullying" and yet it was Lisa, as usual, ranting and raving and getting in people's faces.

The reason Freddie is so well liked is because he is COMPLETELY himself in that house, and HAPPY and CONFIDENT in who he is. That's why he says 'I think the public will like me and keep me in over you' - because he can see that his behaviour in the house has been far better than hers - he has remained true to himself and been honest. More than you can say for 'who shall we hate this week?' Lisa.
I thought, although eccentric tonight to the point where I DIDN'T think he handled himself brilliantly, it was actually nice to see him standing up for himself and enjoying being proved right (by how annoyed Lisa was for being up for nomination.)
Can I also point out - watch the footage of them being told they're up for eviction. First reaction? David: "WOOOOOO!"
Then five minutes later when he sees Lisa and Rodrigo are unhappy, he changes his mind.

That's what I am thinking.
Anyone that condones Halfwits manic and deliberate mocking and taunting - and thinks he came out of it looking good has a serious problem.
He has been revealed as the nasty little condescending toad that he is. I don't care who goes or who stays from now on - as long as HE doesn't win, I'll be satisfied.
I have been a Freddie fan from day 1 but tonight he pissed me right off, he acted like a total tit.
I blame Bea for the way Freddie is acting get that bitch out!

If you say "I've always liked Freddie" but then in the next breath say "but after tonight I can't stand him" then I am less than inclined to believe your original statement. You don't just stop liking someone you've liked for nine weeks over one argument - if you do then you're being highly judgemental and not giving a fair chance.
Also, can we please stop jibing at each other, particularly the 'keep up, love' rubbish - if you can't get your opinions across without resorting to being condescending then it doesn't say much for your opinions.

he's not allowed to say anything about the outside though. he could have said that bea attatched himself to freddie because she knew how much he was loved outside the house and would be loved for being his friend, but he would have been punished. he knows what her game is, but can't reveal it coz he'd be breaking the rules

erm... there WAS no gameplan to get bea and marcus nominated!! they were nominated by the house because of how they've behaved in the house
if you want to talk about gameplans, how about bea influencing freddie's nominations by trying to drag david's name through the mud by labelling him a bully?? it worked with freddie. plus, marcus and freddie have been voting strategically for the vast majority of the show by wanting to break up lisa's group. they are just pissed off that THEIR gameplan didn't go to plan

It's not double standards - it's basing your opinion on NINE WEEKS of footage - Halfwit made ONE mistake tonight but Lisa has made plenty.
And AhmedFan - they David and Lisa 'keep it real'? No, they bitch and whine, but are too scared to properly confront people about how they feel.

Personally I thought it was *****ing hilarious tonight... it all kicked off big time! This is what the show has been needing all along.
Rodrigo is a dumbass annoying twat. He never listens to anyone and needs to shut up and stop whining like a stupid arse. He's just so self obsessed and scared because he's now up for eviction. He was blaming Marcus for the whole thing but not even listening to anyone explaining that it had nothing to do with Marcus.
David is a ******. He needs to shut up as well. His head is so far up Lisa's arse he can't even see out any more.
Lisa is a pain in the ass... has been all along. Adds nothing to the show and is a moaning cow for most of the time she is awake. She thinks she is it and thinks she should automatically be listened to and believed whenever there is an argument. In reality she is stupid and doesn't have anything useful to say.
Marcus was hilarious telling David what he thought of him. Taking no **** as usual.
Freddy for once was standing up for himself and not sitting back taking everyone's ****. Good on him. Finally someone tells lisa to shut up cos she's talking shite. I totally loved the way he was putting her down and she wasn't even realising cos she was too busy calling him a prick. Go Freddy!
Finally some heated arguments and no namby-pambying around with everyone hugging each other then talking about them behind their back when they leave the room.
One of the best shows so far in this poor series!!

I usually love Freddie, but I thought he went a little too far. And as for Lisa and David having a gameplan, I really think he's over thinking things. Lisa is just a bitch, ya know? He's giving them too much credit.

I don't think it's about mistakes...it's about what people say or how they say it. Halfwit has been saying quite a few things that have been the cause of me disliking him. I don't think this argument is the reason some people dislike him..I think the dislike has been slowly growing up to this point. Tis may have been the last straw for some people.

Exactly, Lisa has been herself and hasn't hidden anything. We all know her.
It's Bea/Halfwit who are the sneaky ones, using their intellect and craftiness to fool the public and play the martry role, to a tee.
And yes, they keep it real. Lisa said everything to Halfwit's face in the early weeks. And she just did it again in the HL episode.
It was Halfwit, running into the garden, running into the bathroom, and doing his mocking/taunting/disrespecting to other HMs.
He's pathetic, and Bea is the evil instigator behind it all. David is as honest as sliced bread, he's a Yorkshire lad up for a laugh. Freddie is pathetic.

This is completely ridiculous. Freddie was fairly reasonable under the circumstances. And laughing at Lisa's croaking rant was just about the best possible response.
he was reasonable??
did you hear him?? "mmmm yeah oh lisa you're making me come!!" what the **** was that all about??
next time freddie is up (prob next week) i'm voting him out

If you say "I've always liked Freddie" but then in the next breath say "but after tonight I can't stand him" then I am less than inclined to believe your original statement. You don't just stop liking someone you've liked for nine weeks over one argument - if you do then you're being highly judgemental and not giving a fair chance.
Also, can we please stop jibing at each other, particularly the 'keep up, love' rubbish - if you can't get your opinions across without resorting to being condescending then it doesn't say much for your opinions.
But...but...Halfwit is condescending and you like him and his opinions....
You CAN stop liking someone if that someone turns mean, mocking and nasty and makes your skin crawl. It happened to me.
Happened to me too... couple of times... hes been my fave for 7 weeks or so now.....its been couple of days that hes growing off me...when he defends bea even when shes wrong was so annoying
its only tonight that i've come to a conclusion t hat me dont like him at all
:D
what you got to remember is that what you see of bea and what freddie sees are 2 different things
you will see things he will never be aware of because he was not present at the time and he wont see them till he gets out

wrong-o pal, David stood right up to toenail eating, nose picking bully Marcus.
I don't care for David but he owned Marcus tonight, good for him!

Personally I thought it was *****ing hilarious tonight... it all kicked off big time! This is what the show has been needing all along.
Rodrigo is a dumbass annoying t***.
Finally someone tells lisa to shut up cos she's talking s****.
Seems you were watching a different version though!

Yes, he was so smug and arrogant saying how the public love him and how he's invincible. Then resulting to mocking/taunting/deriding others. He's SO BITTER that Lisa beats him tactically in nominations every week ... he gets outsmarted by her.

- Alice in Wonderland task
- Bea peaved off that she's with Dave and Lisa in the task
Hira was Alice, and spent 5 hours in the task room searching for a key in a big chocolate cake, having to eat what she touched with her face; hands tied behind back, you see.
- Later, noms announced; Bea and Marcus. But whole house is up, for Marcus/Vash rule breaking.
- Marcus and esp Freddie start laughing and saying 'Yes!', Rodrigo gets angry and says 'what's so funny' repeatedly and says it's so rude and disrespectful, and unfair on the HMs.
- Later a big row erupts, Halfwit starts attacking David in the kitchen and accuses him of gameplans, tactics and isolating people to get them nominated.
- David defends himself, saying he's made genuine friends, has many friends in real life, and will take 5 good friends with him when he leaves. He says Halfwit is obsessed with telling others about gameplans and that he doesn't care what he thinks, and that Halfwit is a poor judge of character.
- It kicks off, and Lisa gets involved, shouting at Halfwit telling him that he's deluded, arrogant, thinks he's invincible and will win, etc. Freddie continues to laugh and deride, quite disrespectfully.
- Throughout this, Freddie was elaborately laughing, mocking and trying to taunt Lisa and David, trying to get others on his side.
- The argument extends in the main room, and Freddie continues to accuse, mock, laugh and make a scene. Lisa and David get angry.
- David and Marcus have a row and are told to calm down by BB. David misunderstood Marcus and thought he threatened him with the word 'punch', but it was 'punk'. It eventually gets sorted. Marcus called David a 'fat tw*t' in response to David calling him pathetic.
- Later, Lisa chats to others and tells them that Halfwit's an idiot, a total pr*ck and the public have made a mistake with him. She also told everyone this in the main room and Halfwit kept taunting her.
- More b*tching, gossiping and whatnot, from both sides, but Freddie was very entrenched in his idea of 'reavealing Lisa's gameplans'.
- Bea and David kiss and make up in the garden, David and even Bea come across as friendly and considerate here.
- Dogface, Charlie, Rodrigo etc all seem to side with Lisa and Dogface dislikes Freddie and Marcus for sure. Rodrigo is angry about the laughing, shouting, disrespect etc shown by Freddie and Marcus.
Some weird, vague summary, but you really must watch it to absorb these events ...

I've always been a Freddie fan and even though he didn't articulate well tonight I really loved the fact that Lisa finally got what she deserved. When you have been mocked, laughed at and been up for eviction so many times and taken it on the chin like Freddie you have to like him. Unlike Lisa, as soon as someone starts to attack her she can't hack it and resorts to behaving like a drama queen.

Bare in mind that a little bit of bias is inevitable, people will always twist perception a bit (or a lot with many!) to fit their ideas and views on things. But I've tried to be fairly impartial there. Maybe I was a little OTT with Freddie, but he did keep laughing in a mocking tone.
Rodrigo seemed very p*ssed off, possibly the most angry of the lot, along with Lisa.

Lisa has never gathered a crowd and started mocking and laughing disrespectfully to anyone, she's done her crafty scheming, agreed, but then really; who hasn't? Lisa's just a better tactician than the rest.

Freddie still would've said nothing if he was in there on his own. Now that he has precious Bea, Marcus and Siavash to back him up he suddenly has a voice. The whole smug thing aggrevated me to no end. Lisa will always be Lisa she can't ever redeem herself. But Freddie is going downhill pretty fast.. Charlie, Sophie, Rodrigo will be favourite to win by next week.

Well I have to say that was the best episode yet, but lets look at the big brother picture from the beginning.
Lisa has been a negative beeatch with a massive ego (see audition tape) talking **** behind anyone's back she doesn't like and saying how she would not do that her self, can anyone say hypocrite! She has been playin the game hard and lets face it, It's F N big brother a game where the winner takes home a lot of cash so don't give me any excuses.
Another thing how's Roddy what freakin drama queen and not to smart he pisses me off & he has always acted like dis.
I guess we sort of feel like halfwit was the underdog and now he's doin well. Triumph for the little guy, however I'm not sure if I like any of these people maybe Siavash.
Hira's thick, Sophie is not really that nice nor Charlie, Bea is conniving, Marcus the dick but hugely funny to watch, Dave is just plain boring.
I've watched ever episode that's aired and could go on for hours(I think I already have), just remember all we see is what they want as you can't get any internet feeds to see what happens all the time.

Even at that point, he was saying stuff but not as vocal as tonight at that point he was playing the game of give them enough rope they will hang themselves, but now he's on a power trip due to Bea, BB viewers vote on what they see that week unfortunatley his popularity will plummet.

I agree with Big Black - that was my favourite episode yet! Freddie was hilarious, as was Marcus. Quality stuff, and Lisa was the one who lost it and made it all REALLY kick off. Then, knowing she was obviously beaten (she has no debating /arguing skills) she backed off, tail between her legs, in a stream of profanities. And now she wants to leave, all because of Freddie, yet he toughed it out for 5 weeks when 4 or 5 of her wee poison posse were quite openily hostile to him every chance they could get. Well, sincerely hope she gets her wish on Friday. I've said it elsewehre but I think that, without her malignant presence, David might be quite bearable, even quite funny. He's just a bit gullible and easily led (just the kind of HM Lisa likes!).
