They have common ground and although both of them are 'hard work' for different reasons they make a powerful team, this will be enhanced if Bea stays on Friday. Freddie was never going to stay the victim once he was no longer isolated; some people only seem to like Freddie when he's sad and being kicked! Bea has been a catalyst whatever her motives. I think the relationship is supportive on both sides.
