I think he is going to have to keep it going and show more of his fun side.... and play nicely. If he does that he has a chance of the top 4 at least.

If the dark side comes out again he will be in the audience with Saskia watching the final night.

Tonights show but especially his little teary episode at the end tonight has basically put him back in the running. All his past misdemeanours will be forgiven by the public as part of the whole saskia effect, and he's just given himself a great boost towards winning it.

Looks like Channel 4 will get their way at last, a showdown final between Maxwell and Makosi with plenty of dedicated fans of both voting in their millions.

Annoys me, cos he's been a right little turd the last few weeks, and I don't really think it is down to Saskia. I think it's just him. It'll take more than a few drunken tears to change my opinion on him.

it was the ' Saskia effect ' ..in the first two weeks Max was quality and the bookies favourite to win the show as soon as he started getting close to Saskia he started losing the votes..coincidence? i don't think so, now she's left he's back to his old self

The whole house is bitchy.... that isn't going to go away. We all going to have to live with it. And yes Maxwell was a bully and has done many things wrong in the house and so have others... that's this years show so far.

All I know from tonight's show is there is more Maxwell than he has shown so far..... and as long as the dark side remains under control.... the new Maxwell has prospects.

I hope it's a new beginning or the house and the show.

I'm not making a comment on what was shown tonight but last week, when it was obvious Saskia would go - and by a fairly large margin as it turned out, I thought it was a little sad that these negative aspects were forgotton about so quickly.

Agree that the house is a bit more balanced, we've entered a free-love sixties style period! But with Maxwell not getting in into the full swing of things and shackled still to Saskia, he may not fit in well with the new spirit of free love in the house!

Good point... and dumping Saskia by entering into the fun wouldn't make him popular with the female voters out there. He going to have to play it carefully.

Maxwell looks like a caveman. From what Ive seen of the highlights he hasnt change that much. Its just this time hes going off to the toilet to slag off the other housemates rather then do it to their faces. And hes still arrogant towards Big Brother when being told off.

Yes, he can be amusing and I hope he stays in the house longer. I just dont want him to go on and win. It would be an absolute travesty if he does.:bored:
