Lisa IS a softie. She has a big heart and a big mouth when singled out for discrimination. And why not? She was the one they all ran to when they needed comfort and sympathy - which says a lot.
Halfwit fans love to hate her - because she wasn't taken in by his victim ****. He singled her out as a hate object, which worked for a time. I think many more people are realizing now what his game is.
