View Full Version : Has Max done enough to get Orlaighs vote?

Last night, despite the girl reps having to be on call to fix drinks and food for the holiday housemates, Makosi and Vanessa were in their beds sleeping, leaving all the work up to Orlaigh ( so whats new there with those lazy two ). The boys, especially Maxwell, Anthony and Craig had Orlaigh running around in circles. Everytime she wanted to go to bed and rest, they wanted more food, more drinks. Max told her he was going to run her into the ground and be on her back all the time, but if she was a good girl he would cook her a meal when the task was finished. They kept winding her up ( especially Max ) to such a degree that she simply said *Thats it!, I quit!* She didnt however and carried on as best she could despite Max continually taunting her, and in the next breath Craig had knocked a jug of juice all over the floor which Orlaigh had to clean up. She attempted this but just stayed there for a while with her head in her hands, got up and went straight to the diary room.
If Max had been clever he would of backed off the tired girl as tiredness causes irritability and nothing is a joke anymore. I think he has added one more nomination vote to his allready many. What is the boy thinking of? What do you think?

I haven't seen that yet only read about it on the main page. To be honest I think that Maxwell is trying to get housemates to vote him out cause now that Saskia has gone he wants to leave

I did think that last night watching the live feed and thought way to go Maxwell how to get another vote. But worse, if he isnt doing this on purpose and just having a laugh as he so likes to say, then he really is just a silly silly little boy and doesnt deserve to win.

So the dark side is still there.... and eclipsing the fun in the house again.

Maxwell did so well for a couple of days and now his back to his bad bulling ways pushing people to far.

I will make my judgement on tonight's show.... but I have no reason to question Linny's take on things.

It's looks like it bye bye Maxwell time.

In fareness Red, I do think Max was trying to be funny but he kept saying he would run her into the ground and tough luck basically she was there ti wait on them hand foot and finger. Science was embarressed, Eugene kept appologising but Max, well Max was having a laugh. She had said an bit earlier if I go and lie down to rest could they promise her not to touch the food or drink as that meant they would fail the task. They wouldnt promise her that hense the I want contantly aimed her way. The daft thing is Red that Max doesnt want to fail the task anyway as it would be back to chick peas and no booze but to keep on at the girl is asking for trouble.

But he takes the jokes to far Linny and that's when it starts to become bulling. I think he doesn't know when to stop and when he does go to far he doesn't say sorry.

I don't think I have ever seen him say sorry to anyone in the house.

It's a shame I really want to like Maxwell but he keeps doing things that stop that happening.

Thats true Red. It is a shame as he seems to have had a good couple of days, there again watching streaming as it happens and watching the heavily edited 9/10 oclock show always seem to influence the voting public. I am sure tonight it will be the same and shown as the lad having fun ( which to a certain degree it was to start off with ) and wont show him staring her down and saying over that he was going to run her into the ground and her saying go ahead, I can take it but the look on her face said it all. I dont think Max can afford another vote but it wouldnt suprise me if she does vote him for nomination. One things for sure, its going to be interesting come Tuesday.

He does seem quite down on the girl for some reason - he looks at her as if he really doesnt like her - I saw him yesterday being really mean even before she had to run around after him. :flower:

Well I think Orlaith is playing a massive game by adopting the role of waitress/skivvy/boy fantasy. Its not dissimilar to the roles Penny (BB2) took on except Orlaith's far more cleverer, attractive and less mental. Remember no-one is forced to do anything by the other housemates, so we have to question Orlaith's ulterior motives for putting up with being bossed around by people she doesnt like much and hardly knows by fetching them drinks and food at their beckon call.

And if Orlaith can avoid any confrontation she could easily make it to the final 4.

Andy, she is doing it as part of the task - she is required to do it. So are Makosi and Vanessa, but they are just too lazy.

I'll take back the word bully. But I still think he goes to far with his jokes and doesn't know when to stop and it's not going to do him any favors if his up this week in a public vote.

I won't be making any final judgments on Maxwells behavior until I see it myself, but I'm going to be watching carefully from now on for signs of him returning to his old ways.

Im not too sure about Orlaith nominating him, if she does though will it be because shes sticking with Makosi and her group or because Maxwell has actually annoyed her? i think we all know the anwser.

I dunno about that Mike, listening to the small bits of live streaming since they got up this morning, she seems to be answering him in short one word answers, like she cant stand the man. There again who knows what goes on in there heads.

Orlaith is a crafty one. She will make her own mind up. She will give the others the impression that she likes them and will not be nominating them, but I think her votes could be a surprise. She is playing the others for all they are worth and to date they havent caught on.

I think Orlaith is likely to vote for him anyway as she thinks [from what she said to Makosi] that when Maxwell comes out he is going to be 'custard pie'. If she thinks he is unpopular outside she might well vote for him tatically.

SMC people see the show differntly! As we've been saying on what seems to now be a daily basis....

Insulting or disrespecting other forum members This even includes calling another member, for example, 'an idiot' or 'a fool'. Dismissing another post by saying something like 'that's complete rubbish' counts as not treating a forum member's opinion with respect. If you disagree with a post it would be better to explain why you disagree. Don't automatically assume because you disagree with someone's viewpoint that it is wrong.

Insulting posts are simply not allowed and these type of posts will be edited or deleted from now on and more warnings will issued.

Next time will be a warning.

Looks like the editors have decided that that little episode doesn't count for much in their scheme of things.

Orlaith doesn't like Anthony Craig OR Maxwell, in my opinion.............

She's playing them, which leads me to think she watched the show avidly before she came in , and has got a measure of them.

You could be right she is playing a very clever game.

There are rumors going round that Makosi nominated Orlaith this week!

Tonight's show should make interesting viewing.

How to get rid of Maxwell in 5 easy steps, guarenteed. Please read.

What all the Maxwell haters should do is:
1. Vote him out 3 times.
2. Then text five of your friends and tell them to vote him out 3x.
3. Ask them to then text five of their friends and vote 3 times aswell.
4. If one of your friends has already been told to vote out maxwell by this system, find another friend who hasn't.
5. Tell your 5 friends to do the same if it happens to them.

This will have a chain letter type effect and spread the word very quickly and maxwell will be out. Make sure you put a bet on it cos it will work. Do this quick cos once this gets out the odds on him leaving will increase and your return won't be as good. Here is a sample of what you should text 5 friends:

Vote Maxwell out 3x on this no. 09016 16 16 08
Put a £20 bet on it. 4ward this Msg to 5 diff people. If u got this Msg b4, txt bk so i can find another person 2 send it 2.

Looks like Maxwell did more than enough to get Orlaith nomination this week.

To quote Orlaith while talking about maxwell during the nominations:

"I just don't get on with him. When he was up for eviction, it was like his whole world had come to an end. It's all about him. He gets on my nerves. He says things without thinking...he's really rude, a lazy slob...he's just a real last and I just can't have a guy like that around me trying to show off as much as he can."

Yes well Orlaith and Makosi are not my favourite housemates at all - but their reasons for nominating Maxwell were spot on.

Unfortunately, Science will be out this week, as he is already starting to be edited unfairly, while Maxwell will no doubt be edited to look better this week.

no chance, i was watching the live feed yesterday, and science was making a complete prat of himself, causing arguments for nothing....

while maxwell was laughing around, making jokes and doing pranks.

no editing there, unlike what they do for makosi.

Id Orlaith was so cheesed off with running around for the boys then maybe she should have gone into the bedroom and told Mimosa and Vanessa to get off of their lazy fat asses and do something.

GlitterEyes
06-07-2005, 03:12 PM
Yeah Orlaith would of passed the task if it wasnt for them,. big brother should of told them to help out Orliath or face eviction. They didnt even seem to try much during the task.

Feyt

Still trying to work out Mimosa's hardship..OMG, she had to reattach a nail...maybe she should grow them instead, and as for Vanessa's street cred, yeah right..as if she had some to start with

Watching tonight's highlights show Maxwell is still doing his best to make sure going to get Orlaith's vote for next week if he manages to stay.

I think he is frightened that if she enters there group he might spirt Anthony away and he will be left with Craig.
