Just to counter-ballance the 'Are people seeing Makosi in a different light?' thread and make it equal.

I say, just as Makosi has gone down in my estimation, so has Anthony. They are equally de-estimated!!

What about you lot though?

I found it funny the way he regretted it, saying how the teeny-boppers wouldn't like it. Apparently he thinks he's got hordes of teenagers swooning over him. Puh-lease, Ant, you've got to get into a boy-band first, then make a poor attempt at covering a reasonably good song.
THEN us girls will start swooning over you. For now, you'll have to make do with Craig.

I thought he looked ok but at the end of the day I still think drink is only getting used as an excuse :elephant:

Anothony was very drunk, but that just makes him look worse, he had no controll over his actions, he was just getting it on with everyone! I think Makosi n Anthony have made themselves apart from the rest of the group because they were on opposite teams lol

So, while the Makosi thread is still thriving [65 replies and 536 views to date], Anthony's equal part in the sex thing has been forgotten, [this thread 11 replies and 84 views].

*sigh*

Anthony actually seemed to regret it, Makosi wasnt bothered bout what she did thats the difference plus anthony has always said that what he does is for the cameras...at least hes got the balls to admit it Makosis jusa tramp

Anthony is better because he regrets it? That makes him worse in my book as at least Makosi doesn't think what she did was wrong. Anthinly must have acted against his own moral code to feel like that.

I think that is actually worse. All I was saying with this thread is that he is just as bad and just as much to blame for what happened but you have now made me think he's worse.

But does he really regret it or does he think that his popularity may have gone down because of how he behaves?

This reminds me very much of the PJ/Jade episode. Drunkenness was used as an excuse there.

Anthony feels that he is the pin up of the house and that all the girls will be voting for him. I hate to tell him that most of the girls I work with think he is too pretty by half and much too short and much too vain.

Yeah that's more like it he thinks he's all that and a bag of chips he wants to get over himself, and all that rubbish about forgetting what happened the night before is a load of rubbish as well I think, he didn't look that drunk to me

Definately...Did anyone notice now smug she looked when she got out of the pool after the dirty deed and was rearranging her minge flaps?

I reckon it's because he thinks his popularity will go down. Didn't he say something like "Girls will hate me because of this?" He's just worried that if he goes up for nomination, he will be out.

I agree with Aimee as well - how come people think it's not so bad for Anthony to act in a certain way, but it's really bad for Makosi and Orlaith to act that way? Personally I thought the behaviour of all three was awful.

The Christina Aguilera song "Hold Us Down" comes to mind...

"If you look back in history, it's a common double standard of society
The guy gets all the glory the more he can score
While the girl can do the same and yet you call her a *****
I don't understand why it's OK
The guy can get away with it, the girl gets named"

is that why saskia's ex, 'scott the scumbag' is blaming maxwell and vows to smash him up when he gets out?

Ruth

Well I would say Scott is finding it difficult to look at the situation objectively! Also, he is probably angry at Saskia too, but I would hope that he wouldn't threaten to smash her up.

I think Anthony is just as bad if not worse than the girls.

He's playing Craig and trying to do the do with the girls at the same time - he's more than playing the game - also trying to keep under the rader in respect of Maxell another thought trying to be Maxwell

He says that they were going out together, she says it was just a ten to two thing at the end of the night.

Although this thread was nothing to do with Maxwell in the first place, in all honesty, how can you compare the reaction of viewers - who have no emotional attachment to any of the housemates - to Anthony, Makosi and Orlaith's activities, with the reaction of someone who had a relationship (however strong) with Saskia and obviously did have an emotional attachment to her? The two situations are totally different.
