Blocked nose

I can't breathe. I don't like sticking things up my nose at the best of times so any other way of getting rid of it apart from blowing please. I'm not sticking that air thing up my nose haha. It goes to one side more than the other depending on the way I'm laying :(

do a steam bath thing and if you have some vics put that in the hot water then put your head under a towel over bowl with the hot water in
