A Quote From Peepshow...
Halfwit may be losing his appeal, getting a little cocky of late and hanging with Bea isn't the wisest of choices but this huge turn around from his former admirers is quite insane.
Sure he lowered himself to Lisa's level but doesn't that say something more about Lisa?
We at the beginning thought he was above that but having Lisa sneering at you day in day out would be enough to grind down the stoutest of men.
It's funny really, if I'm any -ist, I'm class-ist.
I'm proud working class and here I find myself defending a silver spoon toff but I admired Halfwit's class in the face of overwhelming animosity.
Attacking David was not big and not clever (I'm not a fan of his) but Lisa got what she deserved. If you don't like Freddie it doesn't automatically make you like Lisa.
But if she doesn't go on friday than her numbers will swell (within the house) and with it the sniping and subtle bullying.
If you're pro-Lisa than I have to imagine you were cool with the early bullying.
I hope Freddy takes a look at himself (wish I could say the same about Lisa) and get back to his old self.
So let's get her out.
And show her the public doesn't approve of bullying in any form.
If she doesn't go than I dispair, where us the public let the bad run free.
My name is Ghostface77 and I'll be here all week.
Thank you and good night

So what exactly are you saying Ghostface?
Halfwit has become cocky, picked bad allies, lowered himself to Lisa's level and picked on David because David was an easy target?
He attacked David to get to Lisa (as you say it wasnt big or clever, in fact it was bullying, go on admit it).
And you still insist he doesnt have a gameplan?

Bullying is bullying - you either approve or you don't! It can't be critisized on the one hand - then condoned on the other!!
They aren't the only two housemates in there who have been guilty of bullying - loads of hypocrisy going on on this one!!!!

Yes i read your OP, why?
The idea that Freddie has bullied anyone is utterly preposterous.

COMMONSENSE have you condemn Lisa?
Yes bullying is bullying,I'm not condoning anything, if halfwit carries on than I'll be the first to say something but if Lisa attacks him next than I doubt you'll pipe up.
All I hear from you is freddie this freddie that and YOU ignore the fact that there's more than one.
Could you not find ONE thing positive from my thread?
Please for all that's holy try to live up to your username.
And sorry shasown that's the impression I got. I was going to delete it that post because it sounded like I was calling you out.

I have lived up to my name on many occasions - as is supported by some of the comments I have had!
I believe I am doing so on this one too!!
My critisizm is not, in this instance, particularly aimed at Lisa or Freddie, it is aimed at other housemates - at least equally as guilty!!
I don't think it's me that is ignoring that there is more than one!!
Oh and for the record - I am not a fan of Lisa's - so that blows at least part of your theory out the window!!!!

Not a problem Ghostface, to be frank I would love to see Lisa kicked out this evening, however i think this may in fact be detrimental to Freddie, it may send him a signal that his current behaviour is not only accepted by the public but applauded.
Perhaps the best outcome would be the eviction of Bea, mind this may make Lisa return to her old ways. Balance would be good. however at the moment because of his actions this week it will seem to the housemates that the result of the vote will either condemn or condone his behaviour.
Thats why i say he has pretty much blown his chances of winning, unless he reverts back.

I am not a fan of Lisa's - so that blows at least part of your theory out the window!!!! - didn't say you were, maybe a fan of presumtion
I said on another thead earlier that if Freddie carries on then he'll also be a bully (perhap even worse) but I'm willing to forgive one mistake where you have forgiven Lisa's five weeks of mistakes

I very much agree, it's a tale of the lesser of the two evils.
I also agreed on many points of your other thread.
I only hope this was Halfwit's only discretion

ps Lisa wasn't bullied in any sense. David yes
She's old and ugly enough to stand up for herself and as I'm aware (guilty of watching the show) it was only Freddie talking to her

Actually - I think Lisa is one of the biggest bullies in there - along with Marcus and Bea!! So where does all this crap about me supporting Lisa come from - thought I made it clear in my last post that I was speaking with specific reference to other housemates!!

You said I had excused Lisa's bullying - I did no such thing! I was pointing out that she is hardly the only one!!
And I don't hate Freddie either - DON'T PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH - I always liked him a lot, up until recent events.
I am now very disappointed in his behaviour, not so much because I think he has been bullying - although, as you say, if it continues it may well become that, but because he has become very smug and full of himself - and I would very much like to see the look on his face if Bea goes - it will make him think. But I do not hate him and have NEVER said I do.

When has lisa sneered? She's done nothing but comment. Hardly the same thing as laughing like an idiot in your face. She's no saint but Freddy found a new level of bullying.

(I wish I can write English frequently like you, guys)
I do not think Freddie should be called bully.
It is nothing compare from Lisa of earlier weeks. That was genuinely bully.
He is only enjoying himself now. Nobody in the house knew how terrible time he had weeks after weeks.
Sure, I do not feel comfortable watching him recently over David specially.
One thing good of Lisa did not go last nihgt (sorry for Hira fan), Freddie has to stop running towards the wrong direction and adjust himself little bit.
Lisa next I hope. Long overdue.
The fact is that a lot of people who write on this forum have a very confused understanding of what the word "bullying" means. It has become utterly apparent over the last week that this is the case.
The primary errors are to confuse "bullying" with ideas such as "mocking" or "acting in a hostile way". The three are, quite simply, not the same. I suppose this is an unfortunate by-product of the many stories over the last few years, which have muddied the waters.
Once people make such an accusation and invest some of their "forum credibility" in it then they will obviously defend their claim, even if the mistake is an elementary one (as I have pointed out above with regard to the actual meanings of the words) and so it goes on.
Some of the people who claim Freddie is "bullying" are simply mistaken; some really know that the claim has little basis and derives from a simple misapplication of the word but despise him anyway and want to use it as a stick to beat him with. This displays a lack of integrity but they will never admit it.
And that is pretty much the state of play with the accusation. Despite the fact it has little merit it will undoubtedly continue to to bubble away on this forum and no amount of correction will get rid of it.
