Why vote to save ?

Why must we now vote to SAVE, just when Lisa is up for nomination they change the rules. If the vote had been as usual to get rid of a HM, she would deffo have been out. Is the whole show rigged or what ?

Bea and Marcus received the most nominations but Big Brother declared the result void due to Marcus attempting to influence his fellow housemates on several occasions and Siavash refusing to nominate. All housemates therefore faced a public vote to save
