They have no inside info. Odds are only reflected on how much people put on the person. People have probably had a bit of a bet on Hira, so the bookies have shortened the odds so they don't have to give that much out.

Spot on - and if only one major takes a big bet and shortens, the others feequently just follow suit automatically.

The trip levels on BB are often really small and a single bet of £100 can cause a cascade across the market when it's such an unknown (i.e. vote to save)
